Grab one at the restaurant, based on what we have available that day.

Pre-order

Send a catering inquiry by 9 a.m. at least 24 hours ahead. Pickups are available Tuesday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Pre-order a box

Grab & Go boxes are not available on Sundays or Mondays.

Feeding more than 20? Ask about Texas Drop N Go, for groups of 30 or more. Gratuity and taxes are added to the final bill.

The Oxtail King

What started with Les firing up the smoker for his boys’ games grew into something much bigger. His passion for bold flavors, authentic Texas barbecue, and doing things differently built a following around his signature smoked oxtail, earning him the name The Oxtail King.

Today, Les BBQ brings that same passion, flavor, and Texas hospitality to people across the country. But great barbecue has never been just about the food. It’s about bringing people together, creating memories, and giving them something worth talking about.
