Shipping Speeds:

We ship our products using UPS Ground, UPS 2nd day air, or UPS Next day air depending on the distance to the customer and the shipping speed selected at checkout. The shipping method you choose will dictate the amount of time that you product must be prepped and on which day it will be shipped out.

Packaging:

We package all of our products to ensure they are refrigerator cold upon arrival. Typical packaging is a cardboard box, insulated on the inside with a padded thermal blanket, with ice packs and dry ice packed around your product. The amount of dry ice will change based on the type of shipping method you choose at checkout.

Processing:

We strive to send out orders as quickly as possible. based on the shipping speed you select at checkout, the day in which your order can be shipped may change. This could delay your order until the next available shipping date.

Ground Shipping Days: Mon, Tue

• Please Note: While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, ground shipping can sometimes be subject to unexpected delays that are outside of our control (such as weather or carrier issues). In rare cases, this may result in your package arriving later than expected and potentially thawed.

Typically all orders will be prepped for 72 hours from the time the order is placed before it is ready to ship. For example, if you select Ground shipping on your order on a Monday, it will not ship our until the following Monday.
