You have customers for life!!!! My entire family LOVED the oxtails. Excellent!!! Update: We ordered, AGAIN, for New Years Eve (Oxtail Softballs - Texas Size Sampler Pack (12 lbs). We had them shipped to us on Martha's Vineyard. My FAMILY brought the New Year in FULL and Happy!!! My 82 year old Auntie said "these are GOOOOOOOOD". I said "what flavor do you have Auntie?". I was very excited to submit my first order, having sampled the oxtails from a friend. I was attending a family gathering out of town on July 12 and ordered 6lbs of oxtails so other family could experience it. Order was submitted on June 26. Did not recieve it until July 15. Most of the other family that traveled also had left by time they were received. Other than the 2 people at the recipient address, no one got to eat the oxtail. Received an email 2 weeks after the order was submitted to inform me of a supplier delay. Why was this delay not posted on the website BEFORE people order. Very disappointing to spend hundreds of dollars and not even get to experience the purchase. On top of that, the way to “make it right” is to give me a discount on my next purchase? Why would I want to spend more money after that experience? As a small business owner myself, a great product is not enough to retain your customers or brand. Honesty and transparency BEFORE issues arise is what creates trust. If I knew the wait time was 3 weeks - 1 month and I knew it in advance, I would have still ordered the oxtails because my expectations would have been in line with your business process. Leaving 5-7 days processing with 2 days shipping is simply misleading. Please do differently in the future because you have an amazing product and the experience should also be amazing. Wishing this business much success.

My order arrived two days late.The meat was hot and my son could not eat it. I ask for a refund.They would not give me one.I asked to remake my order.They would not do that. I spent my whole paycheck on those ox sales for my son's birthday.That's all he wanted.And it didn't work out.And when I contacted you all you said I should have bought insurance. Crazy way to handle business.But when you come to charlotte, I'll be sure to have people out there protesting around your food truck because you don't do hardworking people like that
