I ordered the ox tails and they are fantastic. They are huge, flavorful, and tender. You won't be disappointed. I was sent the wrong sausages, and once I notified them by email, it was immediately made right at no cost to me. The customer service is excellent. Best oxtail infused links I have ever had. My very first time trying them. They were delicious. Oxtails were incredible. The plate just shows only a portion of one they were so big and very meaty. Follow the directions, exactly how it was said to reheat them and they turned out perfect… thank you for such an amazing product. Hi, I have seen Les BBQ advertised numerous times on Instagram that I decided to purchase it myself. I was so excited to try the oxtail sausage and Boudain for the first time from the website. I didn’t realize that the meats come fully cooked although I did wonder about the grill marks on the burgers. I did a fast cook because the burgers were thin. It was very tasty, just overcooked on my part. The sausage didn’t look cooked so I wrapped in foil and put on the grill. These were very delicious. 🤔perhaps pack in threes or four pouches. If they come frozen and I have to thaw out the whole batch when I might want to cook just three.

The ox tails sausages are some of the best I ever had. Notice how u got me sending for more even before I can get done with what I have. I been sharing what I have with management on my job. And they are going crazy over both the partties and the sausages. So a big order will be coming soon. Keep doing what ur doing. And I will do my part to help you in any way I can. At first taste, i thought of a slim jim on steriods. That's good and not so good as I was expecting something different. However, i did a whole taste test thing with friends and when I posted the pic, i had 12 people (2 are local chefs) inboxing me asking me about the flavor as they either purchased and waiting or eager to try... My boy cut his up and put them in my baked beans and it was killer... I felt I might have cooked them a bit longer than i should have as they're already smoked so people should be aware of the cook time so they're not overcooked, but that's operator era... so.. i want to try again and next time I won't cook so long. Also, I was looking to throw them in a bun but they weren't giving that... at least not for me... they're soooo flavorful that BBQ didn't make a difference... They're pretty good tho... so I gave it a 3.
The oxtail sausage we order was on point. Seasoned very well and very tasty. We definitely will be ordering more. The only thing different I would say about the sausage is that it was just a little to spicy for me because I am unable to have a lot of spice in my food. For my sister, Nancy, the spice was just right. She loves, loves the sausage. The patties we order have yet to be eaten, but don't worry I am very sure we are going to love those too.

Great tasting Texas style sausage juicy and flavorful never thought I’d get great TX bbq out of Utah I’m from Tx and have tried everything from the menu and all I can say is it’s worth it you will have haters out there but just try it for yourself you won’t be disappointed 💯
The ox tail infused sausage was good.The price was kind of high.I expected it to taste more like ox tail.It did have the Texas taste but being from Houston,TX it tasted similar to any other homemade sausages.
