So much Flavor it is the place to be for ox tails I mean the smoke is deep the sauce see im born DXTX yet came up mostly KCMO its not fair off an definitely taste like home im buying again know matter the weather especially since my dirty rice skills leveled up lol.

It was amazing. It was still cold/frozen when delivered and it still tested fresh. The delivery was fast and the order came with helpful instructions on reheating as well!

I think the flavor was good, I’ve never had oxtails off the grill /smoker but to be honest to me it seemed like the tenderness of was surface level tender once I got past the top layer it was a bit of a stiff texture not sure if it’s supposed to be that way again I’ve never had them off the grill/smoker what I could only compare them to is the Jamaican style they were tender all the way but anyway overall I enjoyed them thank you love to have a sample of the budane sausage I would also love to hear from you Guys based on my response

I gave this four stars and would absolutely order again. I loved the size of the oxtails—generous, meaty, and satisfying. This was my first time having smoked oxtails, and they did not disappoint. They were very tender and truly fell off the bone, with a rich smoky flavor that came through beautifully. The oxtail sausages were good as well and had great texture, though they were just a little too salty for my taste. That said, the quality of the meat and the preparation were still solid. Overall, excellent experience and a great introduction to smoked oxtails. With a slightly lighter hand on the salt, this would easily be a five-star order for me.

Small, and burnt black. Very disappointed. Ours were not softballs but hard, stiff, and burnt black. We could not enjoy and took pictures. The oxtails we received in the sealed package were deeply burnt black. Sorry, Mr. Les. Our experience was nothing like we see in your short YouTube videos.
