Customer Care Policies
- Order Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellations may be requested within 48 hours of placing your order, after this time we will be fulfilling your order and as such a cancellation cannot be processed. If you would like to request your package arrive on a specific day, you can email us and let us know when works best for you!
- Returns
Because our products are perishable, no returns can be accepted.
- Shipping
If an order arrives in a condition that would not make it safe to consume, please notify us immediately and provide a picture of the product the way it was received. We try hard to ensure that products are adequately cold upon arrival.
We verify addresses with our carriers prior to shipping, but in the event that the address is entered incorrectly, we will not be able to resend your products. Please double check your address to see if it is correct before confirming your order. This includes adding your apartment, lot, or unit number. If you've entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible because once the shipment process has begun, it will be too late. If your product did not arrive and a carrier has sent us confirmation of delivery, we may be unable to assist. Please reach out to us to let us know of any issues you are experiencing.
- Product Satisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with our products, please notify our customer service team by emailing us at Support@lesbbq.com. We would love the opportunity to make it right where possible.
- Shipping Delays
If your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, or holidays please contact our customer support team. Your options may include rescheduling your delivery or providing credit towards another purchase.
The estimated time to receive your order is around 1-2 weeks from the day you place your order, depending on the volume. There are times your order may come earlier than one week and we strive for this, but the standard is a 1–2-week window.
- Substitutions
There may be moments when the inventory on our meats at a specific distribution center may be low. In that situation, our distribution centers will replace the low inventory meat for a meat of equal or greater value.
- Theft of Packages
Porch pirates are a real concern. If you have experienced this issue with other deliveries, we recommend signing up for UPS My Choice to get up-to-the-minute notifications on the status of your order. You can also include delivery instructions and photos to a safer and more secure location as well. A porch camera is another good idea we recommend. We are unable to reprocess orders that are stolen, if the carrier provides us adequate proof of delivery.
- Right to Modify Policy
